Taleemabad is a non Profit Education project initiated by Orenda Pvt. Ltd and consists of a team of young hardworking individuals who are contributing greatly to the education of the less privileged through their app and a number of books. I was captivated by the simple yet engaging Urdu stories written by local authors and how they tackled various grammar topics in the language.

Another invigorating project with the mesmerizing storyteller and songwriter Ammarah Shah of KahoKahani.
The story follows a Djinn who loves scents and bottles them up for his pleasure. He ends up discovering a local sweet maker who is extremely talented in creating tasty delights. But one day the sweet shop owner disappears... What ensues is a tale of magic, adventure and friendship. The author delightfully molds in a moral while leaving the audience in awe at every page. I had the privilege of creating the designs for the adorable Ras-Gullahs and pushed myself to create versatile environments. The book is available for purchase at Liberty Books and KahoKahani. |

I had the privilege of working with Ammarah Shah of KAHO KAHANI , illustrating her first Children's Book. It takes you underground to explore the world of "Carrottopia" through the curious baby carrot's budding questions.
The Book is gamechanger in the local children literature industry in the quality of its art and production, and definitely one to keep in your personal library.

Complete Title: Out of this world: A journey through Time and Space with Amr Arqam
Commissioned by SUPARCO Pakistan, The Booklet was launched at the Kala Shah Kaku Suparco facility, in November 2011. The ceremony was presided over by the PM, and the Governor Punjab. The effort was made to create in the Younger Masses an awareness of how space science is not merely a study of extraterrestrial beings and objects but in fact closely knit to the development and quality of living within day to day activities.
While the book is being donated to all school libraries on an introductory basis, it can be purchased for personal and public use as well.

Biotechnology for Kids- Info-Graphic Novel
A project under the National Commission on Biotechnology Pakistan. The English Version was published and officially launched 21st April 2006. An Urdu Translation followed in 2008 after positive feedback. The book was written, designed, compiled and illustrated in a comic book format and opted to impart knowledge of the subject to a nascent audience through relation of ideas and phenomenon to popular anecdotes and media.
